FOLLOW UP ON LATEST HEART CATH.

This is a first, of all the trips to the hospital for a heart cath, I came back home the same day I went in. In fact, David Kousak arrived at 6:30 to pick me up, and we got back home at 3:00pm, and this was after stopping at Waffle House for lunch. I treated David since he was so kind as to drive me to and from the Hospital. 

I was awake for the entire procedure, and the Doctor allowed me to watch as he went through all the different arteries checking for a blockage. To our amazement none were found. Get this people, no clogged arteries. An absolute first. 

Thank you to all my friends and family for your prayers, they worked, and worked well. God Bless you all each and everyone. Amen!

ONCE AGAIN, I AM GOING INTO THE HOSPITAL FOR A HEART CATHORATIZATION.

ANOTHER HEART CATH.

As the title states I am going in for another Heart Cath.  Since I already have six bypasses and 24 stents, you would think it is routine. The Cath is now scheduled for October 1st at 10:00am at Piedmont Hospital in downtown Atlanta. Doctor Carlson and I are sure there will be one or two additional stents added as a result.

Stating that this operation will be routine is definitely not true. This is a serious operation and anything could go wrong, not that I expect it too, but I still pray and accept all prayers and well wishes offered to me.

As an aside, I can tell that I got out of the hospital on the same day my wife Claudia died; after having a major experimental Heart Cath done. Which took place September 1st, 2011. Instead of going home, my daughter Elizabeth and I wound up going to the hospice to make arrangement for Claudia's funeral and for her Memorial Service.

Yes! I still miss Claudia, and as I have said before she is no longer in pain and helpless. She sits by the side of Jesus and watches over us. God Bless you Darling.

Once again I give thanks to God for his mercy and my continuing life. I often pray to God for the resources to be able to travel around the country and visit my children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
