Yes sir, it has been a very busy week. It started off with having to move all of the groceries, canned goods, boxed goods, crock pots, and numerous other items off of the pantry shelves so that the shelves could be moved. The buffet the shelves were sitting on had to be partially emptied too, in order to allow me to move it.
You should have seen Dahli (our dog). She was sitting there watching me and wondering what in the hell I was doing. I was moving everything into the living room and sitting it on the floor, and Dahli would go over and sniff at it to see what it was all about.
Then JoAnn comes over and away we go, painting the walls and wood work. You see all of the wood work in our house has been stained a very dark brown, and it is being painted semi gloss white. The change in the look and feel of the house is startling. We have now painted the main bathroom, the hallway, the dining room, living room, kitchen and the sun room.
The house is so much more cheerful, it feels wonderful.
Then yesterday Claudia and I went to the pain clinic in Peachtree city for her monthly renewal of her pain medications. This trip is another example of the beauricratic bullshit perpetuated on us by the congress, and the medical profession.
The reason for my anger is the fact that Claudia has no insurance so we have to pay out of our pocket for transportation to get there? Why? Claudia has to be transported in a van with a wheelchair lift, since she can no longer walk, and she can't transfer to a seat in our van, and I have no way to lift her power chair into the van. So each month it costs us almost $300.00 to pay for the transport, the doctor, and the medication. Don't you just love it.
Now today I had to go get the third Rooster Comb shot in my knee. If you don't know what this is you can find it here: http://www.righthealth.com/topic/Rooster_Comb_Injection/overview/rh_uniquecontent?fdid=rhuniquecontent_7ed4b8d75645f0e321b67a30b69f4e96§ion=Summary
I am getting the rooster comb injections in lieu of getting an artificial knee installed.
On my last visit to Dr. Phat I was informed that I was anemic, well it turns out that I am low in vitamin B12, so she gave me a vitamin B12 shot, and told me to start taking B12 supplements, which I am starting to do as of tomorrow. She said that I should start feeling more energetic in a few days. I certainly hope so.
thats all for now,
gahillbilly.
I like the new look to the house! I am glad that both you and Claudia are moving better! Dose the Xango help your joints?

Bob
