Well, got the fourth shot in my knee today. I get my final one next Wednesday. So far each shot has helped to reduce the pain in my knee when I walk around.
I still have some problem with squatting down and back up. I reckon I will have to keep exercising with deep knee bends so as to improve my ability to get up and down.
We had a couple of brief but severe thunderstorms yesterday, and so far one severe and one rather gentle rainstorm. My yard and all of my neighbors yards are so brilliantly green it is breathtaking. Our yards have not been this green and lush since we moved here 17 years ago. We have had drought and or severe water shortages for all of this time. The change is simply remarkable.
Of course a lot of neighborhoods, including Elizabeth's have had to suffer through falling timber, downed power lines and a lot more.
