WEBSEARCH? WHERE DID IT COME FROM?

Hey folks,
I now have something called "mywebsearch" by Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc.

My question is where the hell did it come from? I didn't order it, and I didn't download it, and I cannot find it in Windows list of programs installed, so where did it come from? Does anybody know.
I am really pissed about this thing, because I can not get rid of it.
