IT HAS BEEN A BUSY WEEK.

It has been a busy week.

I interrupt this broadcast, to let you know I screwed up.

I didn't publish this back when I wrote it, so it is a bit out of date. But it is pertinent, because I still keep busy with my whirlwind of repetition.

This week actually began last Friday when returning from a trip to the grocery store, I discovered that the tires on my van were in bad shape. the metal radial belt was showing through the outer edges of my tires.
So I won't drive a car with tires that bad, because they can blow out when traveling at 70 mph on the freeway. Not good. So I went on line looking for the best deal I could find on new tires and about had another heart attack. The average tire price for my van was about $82.00 a piece. I finally found tires at Discount Tire Company for $72.00 each. Saturday morning I went and had four brand new whitewall tires mounted, balanced, and warrantied for 70,000 miles, including free rotation and air checks and road hazard guarantee. My out the door price was $385.00 not including an alignment. But, I do feel safer and the car rides a lot better on the new tires. On Sunday I went to Church, as I usually do. On Monday I did some housecleaning. On Tuesday afternoon I took Felicity to her TKO class. On Wednesday I went shopping for a WI-FI capable blue-ray/DVD player and hooked it up to my tv, so now I can pull up Netflix, You Tube, plus several other on-line movies, etc. and watch movies or my favorite tv shows that I missed. In fact, I have been watching episodes of the TV Series called "FarSide", which I missed when it was on tv, but I am sure enjoying it now. It was a Jim Henson Production, and it rates up there with Dr. Who, Star Trek, and Stargate SG-1. I guess you can tell I am a serious Sci-Fi aficionado.
On Thursday I kind of continued reading my library books, and I worked on my Dragon Model some more. Today, I did my laundry and some more housekeeping. I also had to call comcast because one of my telephones won't work correctly. I changed out telephones to make sure it wasn't my telephone. Emptied all the trash cans and took the trash out for collection.
About the only thing I haven't done is work at a job earning money. Hmm! something to think about.

The Dragon Model is finished and you can see it here:  http://victors-journal.blogspot.com/2012/12/i-have-finished-my-dragon-project.html

God Bless us all, from the gahillbilly
