My Sunday Dinner, or Dinner fit for a King.
Today, I decided to experiment a little with my cooking, and at the same time maybe, spoil myself.
I sliced up a whole onion, strip cut a chicken breast, opened a can of green beans, selected a package of country gravy and pulled out some left over boiled potatoes out of the refrigerator.
I sauteed the onions, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in canola(no saturated fat).
Pan seared the chicken in canola oil seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and during the last minute of cooking poured in a half cup of white wine(drinking type).
Crispy fried the potatoes in canola oil, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Prepared the country gravy as directed.
Heated the green beans in the microwave.
Then I poured the rest of the wine in a glass to drink with dinner.

Here is a picture of the meal minus the gravy.
I have to say it was very tasty.
That's all from the gahillbilly.
God Bless.
