LOWER ABDOMINAL PAIN.
I saw my orthopedic doctor yesterday and she thinks my abdominal pain is due to my psoas muscle being somehow damaged. So after going on line, and investigating what, where, and how the psoas muscle works, I found that the probable cause for my muscular pain was when my femur popped out of my hip, the second and the fourth time.
On the second and fourth time, the femur slammed up into the psoas muscle and stretched the hell out the psoas muscle.
I did some further research and found that there is some physical therapy that should help to fix the problem.
So I start physical therapy at 8:30am tomorrow. *Aaaarrrggghh* That is too early, I won't have time for breakfast, let alone coffee.
Aah well! I'll try anything to get rid of the pain.
There is one issue that won't be solved, and that is the pinched nerves in my lower back. If only there was a fix for that problem.
God Bless from the ga hillbilly.
