Waiting for a Power Chair.

Hello to everyone.
I know I haven't entered anything in this blog for a long time and I apologize for that. I was busy going to advanced tax classes for six weeks, while at the same time caring for my wife who is an invalid. I work for Jackson-Hewitt during the tax season which will begin sometime during the month of January 2008.
Just think, we have only three months left in 2007, well three months and a week actually. Where has the time gone? The older I get the faster time moves. Unfortunately our bodies don't want to move faster as we get older, it wants to move slower. My body hardly wants to move at all, as my right hip joint has no cartilage in it, so it is bone on bone, and God does it hurt. I can't have a hip replacement until after May of next year, because of my heart, so I have to eat pain pills, and suffer through painful injections into the hip joint, every three months or so. In the meantime my orthopedic doctor has ordered a power chair for me to use to get around in.
I'll tell you, I will be glad when I get it.

Now to change the subject, I have been listening to and studying the presidential candidates. I really am confused as to what country they are running for president of! Is there anybody out there that can help me out here? I mean each one of them talks about some objective they intend to accomplish when they are elected to office, but as far as I can see none of them are relevant. What about Social Security, Tax Reform, Troop Support, Medicare, Medical reform, and on and on.

I would love to hear some opinions from my readers if I have any.

currently confused.
