MAKING A POT OF VEGETABLE/BEEF SOUP.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE A POT OF SOUP FOR ONE PERSON.

I just made a pot of vegetable beef soup. I kept the amount of ingredients as small as I could. I still came up with a full pot of soup.

Don't get me wrong I like my home made soup, but when I come up with a full pot of it, I now have to figure out how to dole it out over time, so I don't get tired of it. (Just a little braggadocio, it is mighty tasty soup/stew.)

I wish I knew of a family or person nearby that is without a pay check right now, so I could share my soup.

I consider myself very fortunate to have the bounty available to me. Thank you Lord, Amen.
