JUST AN ORDINARY DAY.
Today, I went to physical therapy which for the most part I enjoy. First a little background, I have been going to BenchMark PT specialist off and on for over 4 years.
This interlude is because of the operation on my left shoulder.
I quickly got full range of motion early on, however, the burser muscle still hurts as much as it did when I started this series of PT.
So Daniel for the first time used acupuncture plus electrical stimulation. Again, for the first time the pain in my burser muscle was almost entirely gone.
Hopefully, this means with a few more of these treatments, I won't have to continue physical therapy.
I really don't mind going to this Benchmark for Physical Therapy. Why? because I know all of the staff, and the staff are positive and upbeat and very helpful.
